There's so many affiliate programs out there that have "survey for money" type schemes. Are they legit, though? Not the affiliate program part, but can you really make money doing surveys? Does anyone know for fact and not just opinion? I have a friend that asked me because I'm in the internet business - and I told him I didn't know - but I know who to ask: fellow internet marketers! Looking forward to your thoughts on this! Thanks for your help and advice!

You know, many are legit. The article you found is good, but I don't think the membership sites that give you the "list" are necessarily scams. After all, isn't $20 worth your spending a few hours scouring the net?
But overall, surveys offer little more than pocket change for the time you put in -- from the feedback I've received from others who've tried them.

Thanks, Alice. Do you have any suggestions on who to go through to try this? My friend's pretty desparate for income right now, working 2 jobs. He's even asked me if he could work for me, but I can't do that. I'm outsourcing to India and he'd cost me too much!  Anyway, if you have a recommendation or few to where to try some out, I'd appreciate it! Thanks again!

Although I haven't tried any myself I do know of someone who does this quite a lot and I will get a list from them.
In the meantime here are a list of sites that DON'T PAY so don't let your friend waste their time on them !!

As soon as I get it I'll give it to you, but i will probably pm it cos I know that most of them will have referal codes attached to the link and I'm not sure if that's allowed here. but they are all ones that have paid out !!. From what I have read on this Alice is right they tend to just pay out small change and unless your friend is willing to sign up to a couple of hundred (yes !!!) they won't make much. The person I know of using them is signed up with absolutely loads, I think near to 200 ! and now also gets income from the downline. It's a full time job !  The key seems to be not to go for the ones that payout big money but to go more for the 2,5 10 dollar payouts as these will accumulate quicker. As I said I haven't actually done this so I'm no expert but have been researching it a bit for my own website. |
