Hi Paul,
Are you looking to play a single track or piece of audio?
Rather than a full blown jukebox which I would associate with selecting tracks?
If so I built my own simple flash player which you're welcome to have a copy of. Although you'd need to know a little flash to use it.
You can see it in action on one of my sites here -

There's also a freebie below which requires you simply add your file details to an xml file. I haven't used this I just did a quick search on Flashkit. If it doesn't suit maybe another search would turn up something more appropriate.

|
|
I was wandering around the net and came across this old thread.
There have been dozens of software updates and additions to the Total Web Audio package since this post over the last couple years.
Although I cannot recollect being contacted by Paul for support regarding www.TotalWebAudio.com I thought I would post direct access to a couple of videos here that show exactly how it works and why thousands of users love it:
Video preview of the Website Jukebox software and all the players:
http://www.totalwebaudio.com/tutorials/players.html
Tutorial user videos for using Website Jukebox:
http://www.totalwebaudio.com/tutorials1/index.html
A brief video overview of the complete Total Web Audio package:
http://www.totalwebaudio.com/tutorials/overview/
Hope this helps any future readers of this post who want to make an informed decision regarding advanced web audio player and presentation creation software.
One thing I would note is that although there are many audio alternatives out there that do the job Total Web Audio does many things no other web audio players do including give you the ability to control your web content with "audio triggered events" as well as 16 play modes in single and multi-track players that come in 35 styles and 210 colors.
Ultimately when selecting a web audio player for you website make sure that it will stream the audio over a dialup connection and make sure that it is a flash audio player. Total Web Audio will stream in 10 seconds or less over any connection including dialup.
There are some cheap web audio solutions out there being circulated under the name of "Web Audio Plus" etc. The problem with Web Audio Plus is that it encodes the audio in to an swf file instead of calling an external mp3. Web Audio Plus then forces the entire audio file to load (does not stream) before the audio buttons are even visible and before the audio will play.
This causes significant problems for users on slower broadband and dialup connections when you are delivering messages longer than a couple seconds because sometimes the audio will take several minutes to load and the visitor will not even get the chance to listen before they leave your site.
That is why Total Web Audio downloads and streams audio progressively and allows you to use Jukebox style multi-track website audio players so that you will be able to deliver your audio quickly to visitors over any connection. _________________ www.TotalWebAudio.com

Hey Josh,
Good to see you here!
It's been quite a while since I contacted you and frankly, I gave up trying to get updates and into the members area. I don't even know if you have a members area any more, to tell you the truth. I don't use a jukebox anymore, so it really became a non-issue for me.
Anyway, despite that, I think your products are quite good. And your other products seem really top notch, too.
I'm sure you've seen this and was wondering what your thoughts were on it, as well. It's just another option for those looking for a jukebox solution:

Take care!

Drop me an email and I will send you the update info. Since you are a TWA owner you should have received updates but email filters are probably blocking my messages to you.
There have been many new players and abilities added to TWA since you first started using it.
Although there are other "jukebox" players none have all the play modes and content controlling capabilities TWA now has. _________________ www.TotalWebAudio.com
