Hello Everyone,
My name is Tom Brownsword. I'm a computer scientist currently working on a long-term contract as an Information Assurance Analyst at a U.S. Army post near Stuttgart, Germany.
I'm also an Internet Marketing wanna-be (and moving closer to getting rid of the "wanna-" part every day!). Why? Because I need the flexibility to control my schedule. I have a 2.5 year old son, and once he starts playing sports, I want to be able to block off a couple of hours in the afternoon to watch him play.
It's that simple.
Don't know where I first heard of John Reese, didn't buy Traffic Secrets (couldn't afford it at the time, but just might give in to the temptation real soon!), and have been subscribing to the Reese Report since it first came out.
And I'll agree with the IrfanView post -- it's great and it's free. And once you get it installed:
* open your image in IrfanView
* select "Image ==> Resize/Resample" (or just hit CTRL+R simultaneously)
* click on the "Set New Size" radio button (it should be selected by default)
* ensure that "pixels" is selected in the "Units:" area
* ensure that "Preserve Aspect Ratio" is checked
* then change the largest setting so that it is "80"
* click "OK"
* save your image (I recommend saving it with a new file name so that it doesn't overwrite the original)
I know all of this because I just resized my image to meet the standards!
I'm looking forward to participating and learning, and hopefully I'll be able to contribute a bit now and then.
And if your travels ever take you to the Stuttgart, Germany area, drop me a note and stop by for a cup of coffee. _________________ Tom Brownsword

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this forum and very happy to be here.
I purchased TS back in November (through Alice's great recommendations) and have learned so much from it. I've recently signed up for the RR and am really looking forward to learning from that as well.
This looks like a great forum and I'm eager to learn from all of you as well as contribute wherever I can. _________________ Mila

Hi everybody,
New Here, and happy to be with experienced and successful Internet Marketers.
My story:
I am From Guadeloupe(West Indies under barbados, Trinidad) and I was born in France, as my father went there to work.
I had a lot of profession in my life, I was postman, Financial advisor, then model, then bodyguard,... until I opened my own pizzeria in France.
As I like to travel, I decide to go and live in africa, Senegal; after sometimes, I went back to France, I sold my pizzeria, and since 4 years, I am living in Dubai.
Here, I tell you, no need for bodyguard at all. So I was searching for a job, because diong business here is not easy, I became a sport teacher, until october 2005. I left for a better job, (I like responsability), but when I reached there, the former manager decided to make the company fail...
A lot of problenm happen, so I left.
I do not like to work in a 9-5 basis(here it is rather 8-9).
so I don't know why, but I thought: The money is in my bedroom, behind my screen compute...
I started to surf, and research a mean to make money, 5 months ago.
I started with survey scout, feeling that I will make big money, but after one month, I did only $12 and something, si I asked them a refund (they was saying $150 per hour); and I never reach that.
What was amazing in my survey story, is that their small database 0f 400 companies, I found more than 1200 companies alone after surfing in only 3 days, (including the companies I paid for).
So I began to realise that on the web, People sell you stuff to make you saving time, but if you search, you will find what you need.
The rul is not like offline, the highest price, the best.
Oh it' s becoming very long.
I am happy to be in the same places with big marketers, and I believe it is the way to succeed.
As an example, I am practicing Ju Jutsu, Seibukan Shorin ryu Karate, Aikido... and the first criteria in choosing a club, and the most important is the teacher, I am always sezrching for the best teacher, because I know he will make me progress.
Thanks for reading.
I have tons of questions for you.
I was about to forget, now, I am beeing mentored, and I stpped surfing during all the day. _________________ Learn Affiliate Marketing and Make Money With Affiliate Programs |

Hi,
I discovered this forum about a month ago. But because it had all the registration links at the bottom, not at the top, and looked different than the others I participate in, I thought it was for paid members only.
So with that stupid mistake behind me, here I am.
I put more time than money into my marketing ventures, and I have been learning and making some mistakes, off and on seriously, since 2002. I actually published my first ezine back in 1996 for about six months, but a slow computer, and family and financial demands kept me from being able to keep going with it.
Because of that history, I am well aware of the marketers that have been at it for quite some time, and there are some that I highly respect. John, you are definitely one of those caliber.
Just by applying your techniques in your free Reese Report sample, I have really increased traffic and revenue both at my article database directory website.
I plan on becoming a very active learner and helper, here at this forum.
Kindest regards,
Laurie Meade |

I am very happy you are practicing AIKIDO.
I first start in France with Christian Tissier, Well known figure in Japan, and respected there by all the senseis.
His school is really the best in France.
Now I am in Dubai, And I maprcticing with Sensei Iqbal; he is not famous, he is a student of Jamal Maesara from Malaysia, who is actually teaching in Germany.
I am vry happy with my teacher's level .
I was at bercy 5 years ago (I use to work there as a bodyguard sometimes, like for mike Jordan...), and steven seagle (which is also respected there in Japan; people think he is hype: mistake; only, I think success and martial art are hard to manage... remember mike tyson!).
Let's come back to bercy: Steven Seagle was the special guest, but unfortunately, he falled during the presentation... Then christian made his demo( with some of his students).
The last show was for Steven Seagle, but he apologized and said that after Christian's demo, he couldn't make something better.
Steven (I don't know him personaly) is a real bushi.
Good to know a martial artist here.
Aikido is not my core art, but It is the one I prefer, and I hope I will make a lot of progress.
How I came to aikido: I was working and I noticed one of my partners was always at the very hot and most dangerous places, and he used to never say a single word; so I went to him, and asked him where did you learn, I felt he was coming back from Japan or China.
He told me china. Then I asked him what is your art?
He told me Aikido. I told him show me... He passed some techniques on me, and I loved it too much...
I have training after 3 hours exactly today.
Training is one of the main reasons I am trying to make my living online, because with other jobs, you just miss too many classes, and my teacher will kill me if I do that. He is Indian, but he learned in Japan. _________________ Learn Affiliate Marketing and Make Money With Affiliate Programs |

Hi everyone,
My name is Jennifer, and I'm new to this forum but not new to Internet Marketing or John Reese's strategies....I've been enjoying what John has had to say about traffic for some time now!
I've worked as a web developer, mostly as a programmer (doing all the stuff you don't see, but would be lost without!) and have dabbled a bit in Internet Marketing. I'm currently working on two separate and distinct projects that I really can't reveal *yet*, but I hope to be able to learn a few things here and hopefully help others out as well when I can.
I know some of you from other forums, where I usually post under the name "midwestmedia".....hi!
Can't wait to get to know you all,
Jennifer |

WOW! I have just finished reading so many of the posts in this one topic - and am blown away by the number of people who are committed to helping others through sharing in this forum.
I found this site in the past few days, and I absolutely love it. Not only can I read about other people's suggestions, but it is nice to know that the challenges I have faced (and will face), there is a good chance that someone has already had to face them, and has figured out a solution.
I am really looking forward to being involved in this forum.
Have an awesome day!
Cheers
