LOL....even though I am not in favor of people getting themselves tangled in money-making schemes, that reporter on ABC4 has a personal vendetta against Charis Johnson. I suppose that's because she suggested to her members that they harrass him every chance they get...but you can really hear the venom in his voice when he talks about 12Daily Pro.

That was an interesting clip, they said that "they were going to court to freeze 12DP's bank accounts" which means their bank accounts are not yet frozen even though I've seen "investors" say that they've recieved a letter from them stating that their accounts were already frozen.
Confusing to say the least, sure glad I didn't buy into this crap..
Take Care,

Tony, you made $40,000 - but have you ever stopped to question where that money came from? A lot of other's lost the money that ended up in your pocket.

Nope. Not when they kept paying me every fortnight like they did.
I started off with a hundred dollars or so, I kept re-investing till I had invested the maximum $6000 within 6 months. Then I sat back and watched the money roll in. Other programs were also paying out and the money I made with 12DailyPro was re-invested into other programs (like Alien Trust).
But I empathise with you entirely. Over the last few years I've lost a LOT of money on similar schemes, HYIPs, not to mention a payment processing company that ran off with all my commissions plus a couple of MLM programs that collapsed losing me yet more money.
But you learn from these mistakes and you modify your business plan by diversifying into a few of these programs at a time - not putting all your eggs in one basket.
Besides, what's the first thing they tell you - never invest more than you can afford to lose. What do think they're really telling you?
They're telling you that this program has a limited shelf life so don't invest your grocery money into this.
NOTHING on the internet is guaranteed ...
Better luck next time,

Tony, I don't think (actually, I know) that Kelly didn't participate in 12Daily Pro. She didn't lose anything, but she saw many people taking advantage of other people to keep the scheme running.
A Ponzi scheme means that the people at the end of the line will lose their money because the money only comes from new members joining. Ms. Johnson paid you huge returns based on more members signing up and giving her their money.
And please, because a program keeps paying you does not show legitimacy. It means the Ponzi hasn't bottomed out yet.
Perhaps it's okay with you to be involved in illegal programs, but I don't think it's okay that people recruit others into them, under the guise that it is legitimate. Nothing in life is guaranteed, you're right. But I'm not going to put other people at risk for my own gain.
