Hi,
6 months ago i had a site built by www.artsuccess.co.uk and i have been really very pleased with the support. I have paid for my site ten fold but wanted to ask how i can take it a step further.
Lets face it if i can do £750 in 6 months, i must be able to do more right?
I have looked at click programmes and spent an age clicking only to get nothing back.
I have been active in forums and have written some articles too.
Now i want to get 'under the radar' and take my site forward.
Anybody care to share some ideas on how i move forward? Do i harvest the users e-mail (which i am setting up) and then use these for additional sales? Do i buy a list and bulk e-mail? Although i have a site and i do make money i would like you guys to help me 'PIMP MY SITE'
Thanks in anticipation.
James
My site is www.petitpain.co.uk

A few suggestions.

1. Add a title to your main page. At the moment it is called Untitled 1.
2. Remove the validate links from your footer. Why, are they there? - either way your site does not pass validation and produces 9 errors. This will distract visitors and allow them to click away.
3. It's took me about 10 minutes to learn the purpose of your site. It really needs cleaning up, so visitors know what your selling.
4. http://www.petitpain.co.uk/workfromhome.htm?

Page needs removing alltogether. Why are you advertising your web designers. Again, this just causes confusion to visitors

5. Privacy policy link is broken and sends you back to your web designers. is this meant to happen?

Signup with aweber or another autoresponder provider. Build up your list and keep in contact with them regularly. Don't buy a list - make your own.

Forums and articles can be a great way to promote your site. You can find a list of article directories to submit your articles to at : http://associateprograms.com/discus/ftopic10976.html

Good luck
