Hi Mike,
I've had a look at podcasting as it would be good for my education products but I'm not sure my technically unsophisticated audience is ready for it yet.

I just discovered podcasting this weekend and I'm already hooked up with the help of my very techy friend Lynette She set up a podcast generator here: http://www.techbasedmarketing.com if you're interested.
Ipodder.com makes receiving a podcast easy as can be too. _________________ Work at Home Moms Internet Talk Radio

Hiya Mike,
Do you see a future with professional voice over talent and internet marketing? Or do marketers prefer to do their own voice overs for say intros/outros for product? _________________ Lorrie Morgan-Ferrero

Did someone say "voiceovers"?
Alright, Lorrie has me thinking...and Mike has me singing Beatle tunes, but that's another story. What would be the easiest way to broadcast using the technology? - DJ Dave aka HiFiWebGuy.com |

Ok responses to the comments about too techy.
Yeah, but not any harder than using Blogger or Typepad..
if you can download a news feeder, you can download Ipodder.org software, and tell it where to save your podcast or audio program.. I have been testing ways to do it for dummies.. And I am making a video to make it idiot proof. You can tell Ipodder software to save it to any mobile mp3 player, or your hard drive and even a Flash carder reader automatically. Then you can take the mobile unit with the mp3 and get it to play, the end user is happening.
Lori,
I am excited about Podcasting, because the content is radio. And radio has needed voice over talent, jingles, radio ads, music beds, software. singers, sound effects. The computer/internet producer can find new customers that don't know they need these services. I have done 2 stingers this week for market starting his podcast. So to answer question, will there be opportunities when it gets figured out.
When people realize it is not that difficult to make the content or receive the content and the fact that audio broadcast over the web does not require you to be sitting infront of a computer to consume it. I think that the uses and possiblities are unlimited in entertainment, news, training, teleseminar distribution, etc. It is automated distrtibution of audio programming. One guy said is TIVO for radio programming that is portable for joggin or drive time. That is the power of podcasting.

Mike,
You have any products that specifically make recording with Skype easy? I'm needing a better way to do interviews on my show.. I'm thinking about buying a CL Audigy Sound setup so that I can use the "Record What You Hear" function of it, any suggestions?
Respectfully,
Earl Lear
PS Anyone needing a free tutorial (you'll literally be listening to a podcast in 2 minutes, it's idiot-proof) on how to download and install a FREE podcast aggregator (iPodder) can find it here:
