It's certainly a rare way of advertising a marketing course.
If you go to order the course you'll see that his paypal Seller Reputation number is 0. Hardly fills you with confidence - Maybe it's new paypal account as well.

Yep read the course last night.
To be honest I doubt it will be anything new to all you marketing nerds around here.
It's great info for someone like me, but then again I get excited over learning how to do a simple mask move in photoshop.
Anyways, it did open up my eyes to a new idea.
Insulting your potential customers, ahhahahah. My neighbor (who is a psyD)and I were discussing this odd method of marketing, and I figured I'd give it a shot and insult some people via my landing page. hahah, too *beep* funny.

Strangely enough, his "income proof" statements on http://www.therichjerk.com/earnings.html for 6/1/04 through 6/30/04 are identical to 5/1/05 through 6/9/05?
If you are going to doctor up your income proof statements, at least double check your graphics.
I've actually seen some of their work and it seems somewhat legit. They generally sell their successful websites on ebay (last one sold for about $250,000 I believe). Ebay username is kellyandsummer and they post quite a bit at webmasterworld forum under the same username.
*beep*, I'm going to buy it right now just to see what the heck this is about. I'll let you know. I've wasted $100 on worse things.

Just bought it and read all *40 pages* of the ebook.
97% of the stuff in it you probably already know. I'll easily make back the money I spent on it with the 3% new stuff I learned.

Just tell one thing..we all are marketer here and we do everything to get the attention of our prospect.....is not right

I have visted atleast 15 marketing forum and almost on all I have found his name and his site....Do not mind the way of advertising. BUt right now he has got what he wanted ...to get the name out....

I have to say I was suprisingly intrigued and impressed with his 'in your face approach'. Generally I find abusive marketing techniques to be repellent and go against my personal belief system.
However for me it was so OTT that it is impossible to take offence, it in fact I saw the cleverness in his approach - it reminded me of the movie 'Sin City' - I abhorr violence however it is so orginally done and surreal that it is not about the violence.
I felt the same with this.
So I am interested in purchasing it. And Greg and/or Jason - what is your opinion for someone like myself who is at the beginning of their learning curve?
Whilst I am an Undies devotee I do not want to limit myself to one genre or approach only, and am open to more ideas. Greg - I am on Brad Cullen's SEO tips as you recommended - do they cover the job or does 'Rich Jerk' offer more again?
I look forward to yours or anyone else thoughts.....

I got it and though it was good. I liked the way he explained things and that got me thinking...even though I knew most of it.
I think it's worth the money. Obviously though, YMMV.

I thought it was an absolute hoot! Never laughed so much!!
Clever thing about the copy is the guy is cashing in by telling
you what you *want* to hear but with a *twist*.

I've got the Rich Jerk too.
That's right, 90%+ of the materials you will have known.
But what I think he is trying to do is that he is telling you which one that you knew are working well for him.
I learnt only 2-3 new stuff from this ebook. But in the hands of a newbie, maybe it's a gem.
I think it's just one of those materials that you may want to file and refer them when you are free. |

It's not about how much "new" stuff you learned. It's about the money the new stuff brings in.
I've gotten 2 or 3 ideas out of it that can bring in a lot of money.
One idea is all it takes sometimes to make you some serious cash. |

I don't know who this person is, but whoever has that page is STEALING The Rich Jerk, as well as my ebook on Google AdSense. They have been reported to the authorities at Paypal and Stormpay, and I am investigating legal recourse.
Blatant thievery, nothing more.
I hope a moderator removes the link to the stolen goods.
