Well folks, after an extended cameo appearance at Paulie Sabol's Main Event this past weekend in Phoenix, the worst kept secret in the history of proposals happened - Michel Fortin and his beautiful fiancee, Sylvie Charrier, are officially engaged. Although I personally told the two smoochers in person this weekend, let me be the first to publicly congratulate these two, whom I love and respect more than they'll ever know.
Michel and Sylvie display an elegant class that is rare in our industry, and they are now officially the Sonny & Cher of marketing, although I would spell it "Sunny" & "Share".
For those who are hearing this for the first time, Michel proposed to Sylvie during his presentation. Sylvie, ever prepared, already had her answer engraved on his engagement ring. Canadian/US translators were present at the seminar, for those who didn't speak Canadian.
Although Michel's proposal was short and to-the-point, as I mentioned to Michel at dinner last night, the copywriting on the proposal was a little subpar A better proposal would have been...
"Who wants to marry an intellectually fortified, financially secure, and devastatingly handsome copywriter, in 9 months or less, as you easily fall head over heels into a marriage so everlasting, your friends will be green with envy?"
Naw, after testing, the conversion rate probably would have still been 100%
All kidding aside, congratulations once again - love you guys! - DJ Dave _________________ Make money every time you attend a seminar...guaranteed!

Way to go Michel and Sylvie.
I wish you 2 the very best.
PS, Hey Dave, maybe I should of taken some hints from you on how to construct a marriage proposal. When I was in Canada a few years ago, and trying to marry every other good looking Canadian girl, "Yo Baby" just didn't seem to work out to well. _________________ JasonMoffatt.com

Thanks so much, guys! It meant so much to me that we were able to share that moment with everyone. What more *beep* tribute to our partnership in business and in life?
Again, you guys are awesome and both Michel and I are overwhelmed by all your support and love. _________________ Sylvie Charrier
