Just a quick question.

Do you validate all your code using a service such as http://validator.w3.org

How important would you say it is to get it perfect? or as long as it displays ok is that acceptable.

Hi,

I wouldn't get too caught up in validating your code.. some people will argue.. I have noticed a lot of the time if I put JS in my code from somebody else (i.e google adsense) it won't validate.

Just make sure you are using a CSS.This will help make your code as clean as possible then leave it..

Your time is better spent doing something else... JMO

This is a marketing forum, so I'm not surprised nobody is screaming at the top of their lungs how important it is to validate. If you go to a web development forum, they'd think you were crazy for even thinking you didn't have to do it.

My crappy code makes me money and as long as my site looks all right in the most-used browsers, I'm a happy camper.
