Basically, I'm planning a project that mainly revolves around email marketing. But I've heard alot of things about how steps are being made to make marketers pay for bulk mailings per email, in direct mail style.
Basically, should I be worried and re-think my plan? Or is it basically a bunch or crap people made up to scare us?
