|
|
I haven't posted here in quite some time. But I've got a problem I think you may be able to help me solve.
I'm trying to create a physical mail autoresponder... and I need to know of a print shop/mail house that can handle the printing and mailing for me.
This is how it would work:
When a new customer comes in, we want to send them a predetermined sequence of sales letters.
We would start new customers on the sequence every other week.
So, let's say there were four letters in the sequence, and they were mailed every two weeks for a total of eight weeks.
That means:
Week 1: Track 1 receives letter 1
Week 2: Nothing
Week 3: Track 1 receives letter 2 and Track 2 receives letter 1
Week 4: Nothing
Week 5: Track 1 receives letter 3, Track 2 receives letter 2, and Track 3 receives letter 1
Week 6: Nothing
Week 7: Track 1 receives letter 4, Track 2 receives letter 3, Track 3 receives letter 2, and Track 4 receives letter 1
Week 8: Nothing
Week 9: Track 2 receives letter 4, Track 3 receives letter 3, Track 4 receives letter 2, and Track 5 receives letter 1
Etc.
In this case, there are always four tracks running concurrently because there are four letters.
I've done searches online and can't find any results remotely related to what I want to do. So now, I'm looking for your help. Do you know of any business that does this sort of thing? (Or do I just need to create that business? )
Thanks!

I mentioned your post to a colleague of mine, Glenn Garnes (see http://www.glenngarnes.com/ ). He works with a company that specializes in this... he may be able to provide a bit of direction.
Feel free to contact him (his details are on the page... tell him Rob Toth referred you). _________________ ”Dear Employee, Your Job Sucks”… New 67-page viral report with 6 income streams.
